I downloaded the 0.4 iso last night, but it wont boot, just says isolinux: Diskerror 80, AX=423D,drive 9F.

Great idea. I would like to be able to remaster Knoppix so that the whole Sword libray can be put on the CD.

Googling for your error brought several pages, from Ubuntu and SuSE?... There was no answer on where this problem comes from. Maybe try on another computer if you can.
About the Sword project, we are now working with them and are about to host a bigger Christian Linux Distro project on CrossWire. Ichthux 0.4 already contains BibleTime installed and set with more than 30 modules though (and the possibility of adding more of course)...

Btw, ichthux 0.1 contained all the sword modules I could install. It took 350 MB. But as my goal with ichthux is to have a full working environment I preferred to remove some rare modules than to remove Ooo or Xine. All the same, if you want all the crosswire projects on a live CD, you'll have to have Qt installed for BibleTime and Gnome for GnomeSword?... that's gonna be a big CD, and you might have to remove everything else, since you will need a kernel, KDE and Gnome installed to run all this ...

I used Firefox for the download (pretty dumb!), and am fairly sure the iso is faulty. I should have used GetRight?. I have done a remaster of Morphix with Bibletime and the full Sword library, but it just did not work on enough machines, and I have been waiting for over a year for Morphix to be updated (I think they might have given up). So I have been thinking I would have to try to learn how to remaster Knoppix, which seems more difficult. Hopefully you have saved me a lot of time and trouble.

You can check if the iso is faulty or not. That's the very reason why I have put a md5 together with the iso file...

I checked the md5 and there is an error! KDE is superior to Gnome and BibleTime is much better than GnomeSword?. I would just stick to the best, I can't see much purpose in duplication when space is a problem. Open Office is excellent, but KOffice, which I used, is not too bad and getting better and much smaller. I had a look at the Morphix site and they are trying to do a complete rebuild of their base module, I just wish they would finish it, as a Bibletime minimodule works really well with it, and we could compare our efforts.

I finally got 0.4 downloaded properly and it works great. Well done!!! Hopefully Bibletime 1.5 will be released shortly which should make it even better.
